Hi, my name is Susan. Could you please help me with the printer? For some reason my printer keeps saying offline when I do some printing.
I do have connection to the Internet and my computer is on the same time. Every time I click on print, the menu shows the offline printer. Have I missed something here?
My printer is: HP PhotoSmart 110 series (D66C121).

I had the same problem but with scanning. If I remember correctly, I just switched it off and on again and it helped.
